I have continued to work on my NY resolutions, except the one about getting organized.
I am still doing my daily bible reading. I am still enjoying it. I dont know why I waited so long to do it. I was really missing out on a lot of understanding.
I am still trying to get healthier. I have started getting up earlier and walking each morning before work. I am also doing squats and set ups each day. I try to do push ups, but I have a hard time being able to push myself up!
I am going to be a grandma!!!! You cant imagine how excited I am.
I know Erika and Caleb will be great parents. I cant wait. My baby is having a baby!

No weight gain
Great news! I gained no weight this weekend. In the past the weekends have always been a time that I gain weight, but I weighed myself this morning and I stayed the same as Friday.
I am continuing to read my bible daily, which I am finding I love to do.
All the kids are doing pretty great. Life is grand. We are blessed.

So far, So good
This year is still going pretty good. I am doing good on my healthy eating so far. I hope I can do well over the weekend, it is the hardest time for me. I am continuing with my daily bible reading and loving it.
John, the kids, and I do a family bible study on Thursday nights. We started a new one last night. I really liked it. It had us all involved and interested.
Daniel called me today and asked if he could come home. So we are going to try it again. I pray that it works out. I think the hardest thing I have ever done was to make him move in the first place. But I have decided that if he doesnt keep up his side of the bargain he will have to move immediately.

Another day
Good Morning!
So far so good on the resolutions. I am keeping up with my daily bible reading. Stayed on my eating plan yesterday with no problem. I am still working on the taking vitamins and decluttering my room.
One of my coworkers had a new baby, I saw a picture of him yesterday. He is such a beauty. I cant wait to have grandbabies of my own. I think I will need to get a second job because I will see things all the time that I want to get for them. I love to give people things. I love to see little ones smile.

Getting Started
This year is starting off pretty great. We finally closed on our house, it is now in our name. YEAH!!! Erika is well on her way to her associates degree. I am very proud of her. Daniel has started back on his Automotive repair classes, I am so happy that he made the choice to go back to school. We are all happy and healthy. Truly blessed.
I have started on my New Years resolutions. I bought a bible that is laid out to help you read it in a year. I am enjoying reading it. I like that it gives me somewhere to start. Each day takes 15 minutes or less. It is so worth that time. I am excited that I will read the entire bible this year!
I have decided that to become healthier I can not continue eating foods that are so bad for me. I am not one that can eat in moderation. If I tell myself that I am going to take only 1 bite of cake, or eat only one cookie, I am lying to myself. I know that to be successful at getting healthy I will have to restrict those things from my diet for a while until I get used to not eating them daily. So starting today I am going to restrict myself from eating them so that I can get healthier, have more energy. I just really want to feel good!
So, to keep myself honest I am going to post my weight at least weekly so that I can see my progress.
